Langos is a Hungarian Fried bread.
Langosh is similar to South African ‘vetkoek” and Maori fried bread.
The risen dough is flattened and spread with the hand, then deep fried and topped with fresh garlic garlic paste and salt.
Added extras include, sour cream, cheese, pickled onion, spring onion, tomato and feta.
A delicious lunch for a lazy weekend afternoon!
